% 06.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioner had sought parole on the ground that he had to repair his dilapidated house and maintain social ties. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits the petitioner would be completing his four months out of five months unexpired portion of sentence plus additional remissions and by the end of August he is likely to be released.
In view of the period undergone as per the nominal roll, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
