% 04.03.2020 CM APPL. 8813/2020 (for release of amount) This application seeks withdrawal of the monies lying deposited with the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. The lis has been settled by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 28.02.2020, courtesy the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement is taken on record.
Mr. Tejvir Singh, the partner of the petitioner, who is present in the Court, states that he undertakes to abide by the terms of Settlement Agreement. All the monies payable have already been deposited and he has no objection to the release of the monies lying deposited in the aforesaid Bank.

The learned counsel for respondent no. 1, states upon instructions from the said respondent-workman, who is present in the Court, that the amount of Rs. 10,000/- recorded in the Settlement Agreement as payable directly to his counsel be disregarded as that is erroneous in law. He submits that all the monies be paid directly to respondent no. 10. It is so directed.
Accordingly, the FDR for Rs. 75,000/- lying deposited before this Court shall be released to respondent no. 10-Mr. Bhim Bahadur. After payment of Rs. 75,000/- to the said respondent, the remaining amounts deposited by the petitioner shall be released to it, alongwith interest accrued on the said deposit.
The application stands disposed-off in terms of the above. W.P.(C) 3603/2011 & CM APPL. 8814/2020 In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed-off.
