% 09.04.2018 It is submitted that petitioner (accused) is cousin of respondent no. 2 (complainant). Respondent nos. 3 and 4 are co-accused. They have been declared P.O. Matter has been settled amicably between the petitioner and respondent no.

therefore, FIR No.

709/2002 under Sections 365/452/427/506/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Samaypur Badli and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 Sanjay Yadav is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sonu of police station Samaypur Badli.

Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and he has no objection in

case FIR is quashed qua the petitioner only.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 709/2002 under Sections 365/452/427/506/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Samaypur Badli and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioner only.
