% 08.05.2018 CM No. 18938/2018 This is an application filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In the premises, as aforesaid, it is therefore, prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent EDMC to de-seal the premises bearing plot No.6-A, K-5/18 and 19/1, Karawal Nagar, Karawal Nagar Industrial Area, Delhi110094 and dispose of the above captioned writ petition in view of the prayer made in this application before this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice."
During the course of hearing, Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner states, the petitioner is ready and willing to make a representation
praying therein the same relief as prayed in the present application provided the respondents consider the same and pass an appropriate order. Mr. Gaurang Kanth states, the respondents shall consider the representation and pass appropriate orders. Accordingly, the petitioner shall make a representation within a week and the same shall be considered by the respondents within three weeks thereafter, by passing a speaking order. In view of this aforesaid order, Mr. Gupta states, nothing further survive in the writ petition, the same be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
The date already fixed stands cancelled.
