By this petition, the petitioners had sought anticipatory bail in case FIR No.88/2016 under Sections 376/377/34 IPC registered at PS Bhajanpura.

On the last date of hearing, petitioner No.3 had pointed out that since the petitioners were kept in Column No.12, they have been granted bail by the learned Trial Court. Thus, this Court had directed the State to verify this fact.

A status report has been handed over, which is taken on record. 4.

As per the status report, the petitioners have been granted regular bail by the learned Trial Court.

In view of the facts stated in the status report, present petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed as infructuous. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
