Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation in this matter has been completed and concluded by the respondent and the petitioner has been exonerated by the Tribunal. Hence, he may be allowed to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing of the chargesheet, if any, filed against the petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner may avail the remedy, if any, as per law.
