By this petition the petitioners pray that the matter be referred to mediation for settlement of the disputes between the parties and quashing of FIR No.325/2017 under Sections 420/406/120B IPC registered at PS Subhash Place, Delhi.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for State on the last date informed that in the FIR in question there are as many as seven victims. 3.

Amended memo of parties has been filed. As per the amended memo of parties, though respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have been served, service to respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7 and 8 is awaited and respondent No. 6 could not be served as he was not found residing at the given address. W.P.(CRL) 736/2018

Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 are present in Court. 5.

It is apparent that there is no settlement at the moment with the respondent Nos. 2 and 4 and the petitioners are only proposing to settle with them.

Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a petition seeking quashing of the FIR as and when the parties have settled the matter. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
