From the memo of parties, it revealed that the address of the judgment debtor is situated at Kailash Colony which falls within jurisdiction of South-East District, let the matter be sent before the Learned District & Session Judge (South-East District) Saket Court. In view of these circumstances, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (South-East District) Saket Court. Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (South-East District), Saket Court on 22.03.2017.
