% 14.09.2016 Since IS"^ September, 2016 was declared a holiday, therefore, this tE matter is being taken up today i.e. on 14 September, 2016. Learned counsel for contesting respondents No. 1 to 3 submits that this appeal is liable to be dismissed on the ground that appellant No.lRam Lai Yadav had expired in August, 20,15 and his legal heirs have not been brought on record.
It is pointed out that on the ground of concealment of the fact that this property has been sold by appellant No.l to third party, this appeal deserves to be dismissed.
