The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 0751/2015 registered under Section 406/420/34 IPC at Police Station Gokul Puri. Status report is on record.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the BAIL APPLN. 555/2018 & connected matter
learned counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, offered to deposit `1,00,000/- each on behalf of the petitioners without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any) with the Registrar General of this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioners' offer to deposit `1,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any), the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of their arrest, they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required. 4.
The petitioners shall deposit `1,00,000/- each within two weeks before the Registrar General of this Court. This amount shall be kept in interest bearing FDRs.

In case of non-compliance, the complainant/State shall be at liberty to approach this Court.

Bail Applications stand disposed of.
