% 19.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the present petition final arguments have been heard in the complaint case filed by the respondent and judgment has been reserved. He submits that since the final arguments have been heard and the petitioner has made his submissions on merits, he does not wish to press the present petition reserving his right to raise all issues as have been raised in this petition at an appropriate stage. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that all the contentions raised by the petitioner are reserved.
