First Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Applicant-Amber Bhardwaj in DRI FIR No. DRI/IZU/34-2025/CI/INT-25 under Section 135 of the Customs Act, 1962.

After some submissions, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file at an appropriate jurisdiction.
