The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 355/2024 of PS Rajouri Garden for offence under Section 302/34 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act.

Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that she had been repeatedly changing her identity and honey trapped the deceased, who was shot dead by the co-accused in a restaurant. The entire incident was captured on CCTV, which footage has been shown. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to framing of charge, if any. 4.

As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
