The petitioner/defendant has assailed order dated 10.09.2025 passed by the District Judge-04, Patiala House Court, whereby two applications of the petitioner/defendant were dismissed. One application was for striking out names of few of the witnesses of plaintiff and the other was for deexhibiting some of the documents. 2.

On being pointed out that pleadings mean a concise statement of facts and only the facts and the legal position that assignment of exhibit number on a document does not mean that the document stands proved in accordance with law, learned counsel for petitioner/defendant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
