O R D E R

% 26.04.2016 Learned counsel for respondent-UOI states that it has issued a Citizenship Certificate in favour of the petitioner. A photocopy of the same has been handed over in Court. The same is taken on record. In view thereof, present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a new application for issuance of passport. In the event, the application is filed within a period of one week, the Passport Officer is directed to decide the same within a period of four weeks.
