After some hearing, it is agreed that during the pendency of W.P.(C) 3305/2024, no further steps shall be taken by the Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, under the SARFAESI Act qua the petitioner's property which is the subject matter of the award dated 22.01.2024 (which has been assailed in W.P.(C) 3305/2024).

In the circumstances, considering the aforesaid statement, the respondent no.2 is deleted from the array of the parties. 3.

As regards the petitioner's grievance against the respondent no.1, the petitioner craves leave to agitate the same in W.P.(C) 3305/2024.
