The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, and Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:

"a.

Initiate contempt of court proceedings against the respondents herein for their willful disobedience of the orders dated 08.08.2023 and 20.05.2025. in RC REV 128/2019. b.

Direct the respondents to deposit the remaining outstanding amount of Rs. 50,502/- immediately.

c.

Impose a suitable punishment on the respondents for their contemptuous conduct, as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court. d.

Pass any other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh with correct particulars. 4.
