O R D E R

1.

The present petition alleges willful disobedience of the directions contained in the judgment dated 12.06.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 13936/2024. The operative directions therein are as under: "50. The petition is, therefore, disposed of with directions to the petitioner to release to the respondent no.1 the retiral dues owed to the brother of the respondent no.1, less Rs. 7,63,700/-, along with interest as directed by the learned Tribunal, within a period of eight weeks from today. The pending applications also stand disposed of." 2.

Mr. Shashank Shekhar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent virtually, assures and undertakes that the entire amount due and payable in terms of the aforesaid judgment, along with interest till the date of payment, shall be released to the petitioner, at the latest, within a period of four weeks from today.

The said assurance and undertaking is taken on record. 4.

It is agreed that in the event of any lapse/failure in making the requisite payment within the aforesaid time-frame, the same shall be considered an egregious disregard by the respondent of the orders passed by this Court.
