% 03.03.2017 It appears that after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has received Memorandum No.V-11014/NES/LC/Rep-20/2016-1983 dated 23.02.2017 informing the petitioner that the Competent Authority has accorded permission for personal interview of the petitioner with the Inspector General, CISF NES HQrs., Kolkata. The petitioner has been directed to appear before the Inspector General, CISF NES HQrs., Kolkata for personal interview after confirming the availability of the Inspector General.

In view of the aforesaid communication, the writ petition has become infructuous and the petitioner does not wish to press the same. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. The dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from
