% 25.04.2018 C.M No. 16269/2018 This is an application filed by the Delhi Police seeking a direction to release the original application for withdrawal filed by the petitioner bearing No. C.M.No.6615/2015 in the present petition as also a copy of the original affidavit filed on behalf of petitioner no.14 that has allegedly not been signed by him.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant, I am of the view that the request made by the applicant is bona fide and will advance the course of justice, since the same is needed by the applicant for an investigation being carried out in respect of FIR No.334/2016, Police Station- Tilak Marg.

Subject to the applicant filing certified copies of the aforesaid documents, the application is allowed.
