% 07.03.2019 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent tno.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 04.02.2019.
Learned counsel for respondent no.2 says that respondent no.2 has no objection in case complaint case no. 532/1/2011 under Section 451/323/341/506/34 IPC titled Naveen Aggarwal Vs. Ashok Sharma pending in the court of Ld. Metropolitan Magsitrate-01/West, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi is quashed in view of the settlement. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners (accused) and respondent no.2 (complainant), I am of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal complaint pending. Accordingly, in
the interest of justice, aforesaid complaint and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
