Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Punjabi Bagh which falls under the jurisdiction of District West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi. . Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 25.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that the defendants have not paid the cost, vide order dated 05.11.2015.
