Under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre the inter se dispute between the parties has been settled and the terms of settlement have been reduced into written vide the Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2026.

The terms of the settlement commences from Clause (i) of para 2 of page 3 of the Settlement Agreement to Clause (vii) of para 2. 3.
Learned counsel for the parties also submit that the compliances by the defendant are to be effectuated within ten days in terms of Clause (ii), (iii) and (iv) of para 2 of the Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2026. 4.
Ms. Pragya Dhoundiyal, learned counsel appearing for the defendant submits that the same shall be complied with within the period stipulated in clause (ii), (iii) and (iv) as agreed between the parties. This Court has perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 6.
The Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2026 alongwith annexures appended thereto, are taken on record.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement. 8.
Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2026.

The vakalatnama filed on behalf of Ms.Pragya Dhoundiyal, Mr. Adarsh Ramanujan and Mr. Parth Singh, learned counsel for the defendant vide Diary no.55171/2026 dated 16.02.2026, be taken on record. 10.
On the oral request the Court Fees in terms of the Court Fees Act, 1870, shall be refunded to the plaintiff upon completion of all the formalities as per rules.

The Suit is decreed and disposed of in above terms alongwith pending applications, if any.
