The appellant/plaintiff has filed this appeal seeking modification of order dated 16.09.2025 passed by the learned trial court granting ad-interim injunction, whereby the respondent/defendant was restrained from disclosing/publishing or using in any manner directly or indirectly any confidential information and/or data belonging to the plaintiff, to any thirdparty in terms with their agreement dated 03.06.2024. 2.

After part arguments, learned senior counsel on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to raise same pleas as raised in the present appeal during the trial proceedings. 3.

As requested, the appeal and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
