% 06.04.2018 Pursuant to the proceedings dated 13.3.2018, on behalf of the applicant has been submitted the certified copy of the order dated 4.1.2018 of the Sessions Judge, Bijnor in Bail Application No. 12/18 indicating the said application having been allowed in case Crime No.232/2017 under Section 307, 411 Indian Penal Code, 1860 relating to P.S. Shiwala Kalan, District Bijnor wherein the motorcycle in question in relation to the present FIR No. 008249/2017 P.S. Sadar Bazar under Sections 379/411 Indian Penal Code, 1860 i.e. motorcycle bearing No.DL 5SBC 1670 TVS Apache was recovered. The Investigating Officer ASI Darshan Lal present in Court today in response to a specific Court query submits that so far no notice has been issued by him to the applicant to join the investigation. As the

recovery in the matter has already been effected the applicant is allowed to be released on bail in the event of arrest on his furnishing of bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court with the direction that he shall not leave the country and shall join the investigation of the case as and when required.

Bail application stands disposed of.
