% 26.08.2016 Counsel for both the parties agree that this case is also covered by the decision rendered by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Dr.Richa Dewan vs Union of India and Ors., WP(C) No.2740/2014 and Neelam Bala Vaid vs. Union of India and Ors., W.P.(C) No.3117/2014 decided on 7th January, 2016. Counsel also submits that additionally it may be observed that the present petitioner was appointed on HAG level post of Additional Director General of Health Services on 1st January, 2015. In view of the stand taken by the parties, the present writ petition is

disposed of in terms of the decision rendered in the matters of Dr.Richa Dewan vs Union of India and Ors., WP(C) No.2740/2014 and Neelam Bala Vaid vs. Union of India and Ors., W.P.(C) No.3117/2014 decided on 7th January, 2016.
