O R D E R

% 09.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are neighbours. A perusal of FIR reflects that a quarrel took place between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 on some trivial issue, which had led to registration of the present FIR no.156/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPC at Police Station Bara Hindu Rao on the complaint of respondent no.2. Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably vide a Compromise Deed dated 26th December, 2016; therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI

Pushpender of Police Station Bara Hindu Rao.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 say that they have now settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the fact that a quarrel took place between the neighbours on some trivial issue, which they have settled amicably in order to maintain harmonious relation in future, in the interest of justice, FIR no.156/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Bara Hindu Rao and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
