This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

It is stated that arbitral proceedings are at the stage of examination of claimant's witnesses and mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is expiring on 09.11.2025.

Mr. Alok Kumar Jain, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that the Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 10.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 12 months from 10.11.2025. 11.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
