Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and, on instructions, submits that, as such, he does not have any objection but the averments made in the application may not accepted to be fully correct. 4.
The Court has considered the aforesaid submission and finds that without going into the correctness of those averments and with the consent of the parties, the mandate of the Arbitrator can be extended till 31.10.2026, which has expired on 11.08.2025.
