This application is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 151 CPC for a direction to reactivate login credentials of the Petitioner institute to enable it to login and submit Standard Inspection Form ('SIF') and other documents in respect of extension of approval for its existing B.Pharm course for the academic session 2026-2027 as also to extend the last date of submission of SIF.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions submits that Respondent shall reactivate the login credentials of Petitioner institute within one week from today to enable the Petitioner to submit SIF and other documents and the Petitioner W.P.(C) 15717/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
