Issue notice. Ms. Aliza Alam, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

The petitioner participated in the Common Assistant Accounts Officer (Civil) Examination conducted pursuant to a notification issued in the year 2021. He has filed the present writ petition seeking the following reliefs:

"(a) Issue a writ of mandamus and/or direction to the Respondents to provide the Petitioner's evaluated answer sheets of Paper I and III, question papers, answer keys, and marking schemes of the Common Assistant Accounts Officer (Civil) Examination-2021 (Part-II) forthwith; (b) Issue a writ of mandamus and/or direction further directing Respondents to consider the request of the petitioner for re-evaluation of his answer sheet of Paper-I (Public Works Account) and Paper III (Cost and Management Accounts) of the said examination and declare the revised results forthwith enabling the Petitioner to decide about his eligibility to apply for regular W.P.(C) 15729/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. appointment under the circular date 27.05.2025 issued by the Office of District & Sessions Judge (HQs), Delhi, and allowing him sufficient time to submit his application before the deadline or to prepare for the next examination to be conducted by Respondent No. 2.

Any other relief as may be necessary and deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and for protection of Petitioner's legal rights, in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Alongwith the writ petition, the petitioner has also placed on record a copy of the order dated 14.07.2025 in Mr. Sanjeev Kumar vs. Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board & Ors [W.P.(C) 8521/2025] passed by this Court, whereby the respondents were directed to provide the evaluated answer sheets, question papers, answer keys, and marking schemes to the petitioner therein, on the same cause of action. It was also stated on behalf of the respondents that the process of re-evaluation is being carried out and the results would be communicated to the petitioner in due course.

Ms. Alam submits that the present writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, it is directed that the documents mentioned in prayer (a) of the present writ petition be supplied to the petitioner within four weeks from today. Insofar as prayer (b) is concerned, Ms. Alam submits that the process of re-evaluation has already been carried out. Accordingly, the results of the re-evaluation will be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from today. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
