After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a substantive petition, inter alia, taking the grounds that the proceedings qua the petitioner which led to order dated 04.10.2025 passed by the competent authority, are completely without jurisdiction and shall not bind the petitioner. 2.

The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
