LPA 112/2018, CM 10053/2018 (Stay) & CM 10054/2018 (Condonation of Delay) After some arguments, Mr. Jagat Arora, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant bank, limits the relief in the present appeal to a direction to permit them to make the payment of the consequential benefits that the respondent would be entitled to, after adjusting the amounts that would be recoverable from him, in view of the infliction of minor penalty for minor misconduct, as directed in the impugned order. Notice.

Mr. Ashok Bhalla, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and on instructions from the latter states that they do not oppose the limited relief prayed for on behalf of the appellant bank. Directed accordingly.

With the above directions, the appeal is disposed of. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
