An application has been moved by the appellant mentioning therein that the matter has been amicably settled on 01.05.2024 under Vivad se Vishwas Scheme-II and, therefore, appeal be disposed of as settled. 2.

It is also informed by learned counsel for appellant that payment process is underway and is likely to be over within four weeks from today. 3.

Let it be done.

If the entire amount, as per the settlement, is paid to the respondent, appellant would be permitted to withdraw the amount which has been deposited before this Court. In terms of directions contained in order dated 11.03.2015. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and resultantly, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement dated 01.05.2024.
