The present application alleges that the directions contained in the order dated 15.10.2025 (passed in W.P.(C) 15749/2025) are not being complied with by the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that the directions contained in the order dated 15.10.2025 are being complied with and the final hearing in the matter is scheduled tomorrow (27.11.2025).
