The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to take action in accordance with law, ensuring that no further unauthorized construction takes place on Khasra Nos. 596 (2-14), 597 (1-4), 598 (5-0), 599 (0-4), 600 (1-14), 603 (0-2), 605 (3-6) and 615 (4-16) situated in Village Siraspur, Delhi, and to demolish/ remove the unauthorized construction already raised therein.

It is submitted that the said properties were gifted to the Delhi Pinjrapole Society by the predecessor of petitioner no.1, for the purpose of running a Gaushala.

It is submitted that the petitioners have filed the present petition as Delhi Pinjrapole Society is raising illegal and unauthorized construction on the properties in question, in contravention of the Gift Deed dated 14th December, 1921, whereunder, it is specifically stated that the properties shall only be used for the purpose of running a Gaushala, and for no other purposes.

Thus, the present writ petition has been filed. 6.
After some arguments, considering the nature of public interest involved in the present matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seek to withdraw the present writ petition, in order to file a Public Interest Litigation.

Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
