It is seen that on 01.03.2017, an ad interim order was passed restraining the respondents from disposing off, selling, alienating, transferring or creating any encumbrance, charge or any third party interest in any manner in respect of the property bearing No. Flat No. 404, 4th Floor, Versova Godavari Co-operative Housing Society, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Nagar, Near Versova Telephone Exchange, Maharashtra-400058 and Plot No. 177, Gandhi Nagar (Ghaziabad), Uttar Pradesh-201001. 3.

This Court is informed that the arbitral proceedings have progressed significantly and are nearing completion. In the circumstances, it is directed that the ad interim order passed on 01.03.2017 shall continue till conclusion of the arbitral proceedings. The respondent would be at liberty to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for modification / variation of the aforesaid order, if

considered necessary.
