As per the mediation report dated 06.12.2018, the matter has been settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Learned counsel for the parties submitted that in terms of the Settlement Agreement between the parties, the petitioner has handed over a Demand Draft bearing no.513869 for an amount of Rs. 3 lakhs to the respondent in the Court today. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he shall pay the balance amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- to respondent by way of a demand draft in terms of aforesaid Settlement Agreement. 3.

Parties submitted that the agreement has been arrived at between them on their own free will, without any force, coercion or pressure and they shall abide by the Settlement

Agreement dated 06.12.2018. The statements of the petitioner and the respondent are taken on record and it is directed that they shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Ld. Counsels for the parties submitted that in view of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 06.12.2018 arrived at between the parties, the petition may be disposed of. 5.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of. CRL.M.A. 7710/2018 is also disposed of.
