By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking quashing of case FIR No.0720/2015 registered under Sections 354A/354C/506 IPC at PS Vasant Kunj and the proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

The petitioner, who is present in person, submits that he has already filed an application before the concerned Court seeking his discharge which is still pending. The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy after disposal of his application by the learned trial Court.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed. W.P.(CRL) 679/2017
