BAIL APPLN. 397/2017 Issue notice. Notice is accepted on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in case FIR 2249/2015 dated 17.12.2015 registered at PS Malviya Nagar under Section 306/34 IPC. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suicide note was left by his father in law when he and his wife were having matrimonial disputes. He submits that the other co-accused have been granted bail. He
further submits that the petitioner and his wife have resolved their disputes and are living together happily as husband and wife. The settlement arrived at between them has been placed on record.
The complainant is present and is identified by the I.O. The complainant joins the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is allowed. In case of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the I.O./arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when called for. He shall not tamper with the evidence or contact any of the witnesses. Dasti.
