O R D E R

% 06.04.2016 Vide this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of three (3) months in order to enable him to file Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and to re-establish social ties with his family.

Mr Rajesh Mahajan, ASC appears on advance notice and draws the attention of the Court to the nominal roll of the petitioner according to which the petitioner has been released on furlough for 3 weeks with effect from 17.03.2016 and the scheduled date of his surrender is 06.04.2016 as such it is submitted that the present petition is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits since this is a petition from jail he is not aware about this fact.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has already availed furlough for 3 weeks with effect from 17.03.2016 and the scheduled date of his surrender is 06.04.2016 as such there is no ground for granting parole to him. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
