After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it a subsequent stage, if so needed. 2.
He, however, also prays that since victim and her mother have already been examined, the prosecution be requested to expedite the recording of other witnesses.

Learned APP for State submits that every effort would be made to expedite the recording of remaining prosecution witnesses. 4.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.
All rights and contentions of parties are reserved. 6.
Needless to say, learned Trial Court shall make best endeavor to complete the exercise of recording of prosecution evidence as quickly as possible.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
