To be noted, the appeal has been filed under Section 72 of the Copyright Act, 1957 which provides for 'Appeal against the orders of Registrar of Copyright and Copyright Board'.

Accordingly, counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal under appropriate provisions of law. 4.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
