O R D E R

Appellant No.1 is present in Court and has produced the passbook of his joint savings bank account bearing No.3656582219 with appellant No.2 with Central Bank of India, Krishna Nagar Branch, Mathura (U.P.) (IFSC: CBIN0282344).

Respondent No.4 has deposited Rs.4,23,192/- in terms of the judgment dated 15th December, 2017 and a further sum of Rs.2,10,734/- in terms of the order dated 15th March, 2018.

As such, a total amount of Rs.6,33,926/- has been deposited by respondent No.4 with the Registrar General of this Court.

The Registrar General of this Court is directed to disburse Rs.6,33,926/- along with interest accrued thereon to appellants No.1 and 2 by instructing UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch to keep Rs.5 lakh in 25 FDRs of Rs.20,000/- for the period 1 month to 25 months respectively each in the joint names of appellant No.1 and 2 with cumulative interest.

The balance amount, after keeping Rs.5 lakh in FDRs, be released to appellants No.1 and 2 by transferring the same to their joint savings bank account mentioned in para-1 above.

At the time of maturity, the maturity amount shall be credited in the aforementioned joint savings bank account of appellant No.1 and 2. 6.

All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, statement containing FDR number, FDR amount, date of maturity and maturity amount hall be provided to appellants No.1 and 2.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

This appeal has already been disposed of and need not be listed again. 9.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
