Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has already been allowed and arbitral award has been set aside and petitioner has preferred an appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
