The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the trial court for the expeditious disposal of the civil suit bearing no. CS (DJ)/10872/2016 titled as "Anju Khanna vs Sudhir Kumar Chawla & Another" in a time bound manner.

The petitioner is the plaintiff in a suit for specific performance filed by her. It is submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2013 but the plaintiff 's evidence is yet not complete.

The learned counsel, however, is at liberty to make a request before the learned trial court for expediting the case and in case such a request is made, it is expected that trial court shall made an endeavour to decide the case at the earliest.
