The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 19.12.2023 passed in O.M.P. (I)(COMM.) 359/2023, as well as, subsequent order dated 26.04.2024.

Mr. Abhijat, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that both the orders have been complied with, which position is not disputed by the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
