% 22.07.2016 By this petition the petitioner challenges the order of the State dismissing his application seeking parole vide communication dated 16th April, 2015. As per the status report the petitioner is a resident of Nepal. His wife was living in India and has already passed away. The petitioner has been convicted for the offence of rape of his own daughter. The daughter of the petitioner is no longer interested in re-establishing ties with the petitioner. Thus, there is nobody in the family with whom the petitioner has to re-establish ties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no reason to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed. Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
