Learned counsel for MCD submits that the concerned aggrieved persons have already filed appeals before the learned Appellate Tribunal, MCD.

These appeals have been registered as appeal Nos. 733/2024, 734/2024 and there are interim orders in the above said appeal and, therefore, the corporation is now not in a position to take any further action in the present matter.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of without making any further observation in the matter. However, the petitioner foundation is granted liberty to revive the present contempt petition as per the outcome of the aforesaid appeals or as and when the interim orders are vacated.

The petition stands disposed of.
