% 07.04.2016 By way of the present petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 04.02.2016 passed by respondents whereby the petitioner was dismissed from service.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an appeal against the order of dismissal dated 04.02.2016 under Rule 23 of CCS (CCA) Rules of 1965 and the same is pending. After some arguments, Mr. Dinesh S. Badiar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy. As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
